Techdom's Talent Poaching Epidemic

This article goes in detail about the demand for people with knowledge and experience in the electronic market. Companies that are launching a new product need someone that knows how and had done it before; big companies are brutal when it comes to acquiring these people. If the right person is in control when a new product is launched then the product could produce billions in profit but in the hands of the wrong person it could flop and cost billions, and companies are well aware of this.

I understand that people that are have the knowhow of sales and the experience are in high demand but from a business aspect I would all so try to get who I need to make my product a success as well. If I was in that high of demand I would concede my career as a personal success but in time I would be upset that it would be hard to stay in one spot for a long time.

This article gives a few examples of poor business ethics but many are made every day. As a business trying to gain the insight of a competitors personnel is monumentally beneficial, but not ethical and could be illegal.

Google Changes How It Searches Web to Get ‘Quality’ Results

This article tackles many issues; most importing what is good advertising for a site that will be profitable without being harmful. Google doesn’t charge to use their services but they gain their income from the companies that advertise on their site. Business wise the advertiser that pays the most should be preferred, in many cases that is somewhat expectable, but a high grossing company like Google should have more reputable clients because if their usurers dislike what’s happening they will stop using their services.

We have all been on sites that have advertisements for free this or free that but if you click on the game or what not, you get spammed. If you’re searching through and miss click you could be sending out data that you don’t want to give or receiving some you don’t want. If you constantly have this done you going to change sites and stop using the one with the miss leading advertisements.

As a business the most money you can get is a good strategy but if you start loosing customers or users then it will harm you. In the end a well formed company like Google needs to be selective of their clients and what they advertise so they can still turn a profit but still stay reputable.
